What you’ll do
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Training Specialist with skills in delivering technical training in cybersecurity to work with our People team reporting into Chief People Officer. This is a hybrid opportunity based in our Edinburgh office.
- You will work closely with SME's across the business to understand the requirements and convert them into bespoke cybersecurity training content
- You will train employees on the partner tools and technologies that Adarma uses
- You will produce high-quality training materials with the target audience in mind, including videos, online materials, etc.
- You will provide training through a variety of learning styles and delivery channels including e-learning, blended learning, webinars, and face-to-face classroom-style learning.

This is an opportunity for you to shape the overarching learning and development offering for an organisation that is evolving, with focus on technical training and the latest technologies.

What you’ll bring
- Experience creating training that explains technical concepts in an understandable way.
- Experience assessing technical training needs and designing plans to address them.

This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in the office) based from our Edinburgh site.
