The Opportunity:
Aegon is offering a Customer Contact Apprenticeship designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a customer service role in the financial services industry.

What you’ll do:

- Learn and Grow: Receive comprehensive training and development including industry-recognised qualification (SCQF level 6 - Customer Service in Financial Services)
- Collaborate: Work closely with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**What will I learn?**

You will learn how to communicate in a busy office environment, customer service skills and how to use our bespoke IT systems. You will also learn about our products and services and how to work efficiently and manage your workload.

**What qualifications or qualities are required?**
- English at a National 5 level
- Maths at a National 4 level
- A passion for customer service
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- A strong motivation to learn and develop

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £22,370.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
