Client Money Reconciliation Analyst Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Client Money Team within Ardonagh Advisory's Ardonagh Advisory business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate reconciliation of client bank accounts to broking systems in accordance with FCA CASS regulations and Client Money Service level agreements.
  • Reconciliation of Insurer Accounts for allocated members in accordance with the member's supplementary agreement and to the insurer's credit terms.
  • Action and resolve queries effectively that may arise from Insurer payments, insurer reconciliations or the cashbook reconciliations in accordance with customer and internal SLAs.
  • Capture all instances of breaches of FCA CASS rules and Broker Network procedures within the internal audit document and awareness of any unusual activity.
  • Detailed understanding of Broker Network procedures and the relevant CASS 5 rules.
  • Identification and prevention, where possible, of CASS breaches.
  • Interpret / input data from daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned i.e. Second Signatures Cheques, Client refunds, Bank Account Administration, scanning, indexing and filing.
Requirements
  • FCA regulated environment experience, preferably insurer or broker.
  • Accounts background.
  • Detailed orientated, organised, proactive individual with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively by all mediums, both internally and externally.
  • Competent using Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Customer focused individual who thrives on providing an exceptional service to customers by working on their own and as part of a team.
