Romans, a leading property group in south-east England, is seeking a Property Management Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Wokingham. As a Property Management Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
  2. Booking of property visits
  3. Corresponding with customers via both phone and email
  4. Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
  5. Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets to a high standard
  6. Photocopying, scanning, and filing
  7. Running errands within and outside of the office
  8. Taking and transcribing meeting minutes
