We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our dynamic team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Property Management Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
  • Book property visits and manage schedules
  • Correspond with customers via phone and email to ensure excellent customer service
  • Enter data into company internal CRM and Microsoft Office systems
  • Impute data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
  • Run errands within and outside of the office
  • Develop a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Utilize organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
