Academic Leader in Renewable Energy and Sustainability

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Leader to join our team at University College of Estate Management (UCEM). As a Senior Lecturer in Renewable Energy and Engineering, you will play a key role in enhancing our academic presence in teaching and research, while further developing our sustainability agenda and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality learning, teaching, and assessment materials for postgraduate and undergraduate modules in Renewable Energy and Engineering.
- Support and manage the development and delivery of modules, ensuring alignment with UCEM's strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development through scholarly activity, research, industry liaison, and engagement with UCEM staff development activities.
- Contribute to the development of new programmes, including the proposed MSc Renewable Energy and Technology.
- PhD in a relevant field, such as Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in teaching and research in Renewable Energy and Engineering, with a strong track record of publication and academic achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and industry partners.
- Strong IT and digital skills, with experience of online learning platforms and digital tools.
