About the Role

We are seeking an experienced academic leader to join our team at University College of Estate Management (UCEM). As a Senior Lecturer in Renewable Energy, Engineering and the Environment, you will play a key role in enhancing our academic presence in teaching and research, while contributing to our sustainability agenda and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality learning, teaching, and assessment programs in renewable energy and sustainability
  • Support the development and launch of new programs, including the proposed MSc Renewable Energy and Technology
  • Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and industry engagement
  • Contribute to scholarly activity, research, and industry liaison to enhance the academic reputation of UCEM
  • Participate in staff development activities to maintain professional expertise and contribute to the growth of the institution

Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of teaching, research, and industry engagement in renewable energy and sustainability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
