About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Cardiff or Widnes. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and accurate sales administration for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve invoice queries, including delivery and pricing issues, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process accurate credit/debit requests and arrange returns of goods as necessary.
  • Support the processing of Master Data requests for new accounts and customer updates.
  • Log complaints accurately on our ERP system and coordinate investigations to customer response.
  • Manage office suppliers and place orders as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company procedures and legislative requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for a confident and outgoing individual with administrative experience in a sales environment. You will be responsible for accurate and timely administration of key tasks, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction and information accuracy.

The successful candidate will possess strong numeracy skills, excellent communication skills at all levels, and be self-motivated, focused, flexible, and numerate. You will also have excellent organizational and IT skills, with a track record of delivering work on time.
