Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress the setup of new appointments, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Assist with investigations, instructing managing agents, letting/sales agents, insurance brokers, and legal advisers to resolve complex issues.
  • Prepare exit strategy reports, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage the closure of appointments on sale or redemption, ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards.
  • Prepare monthly income and expenditure statements, identifying areas for cost recovery and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensure all project files are compliant with internal processes, RICS, and NARA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous residential property experience, with a strong understanding of property administration principles.
  • Excellent administration skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic understanding of accounts, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
