About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Langstone Court, Drayton, Portsmouth. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role requires a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, providing a first-class service to Owners and managing both the maintenance of the property and related activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the development and related activities
  • Providing a first-class service to Owners
  • Managing the maintenance of the property
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Completing health and safety checks
  • Organising activities and events for Owners

We are looking for someone with excellent administration skills, a love of people, and a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners. If you have experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors, we would love to hear from you.
