Digital Marketing Manager

Rubicon People Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead-generating campaigns using advanced marketing automation technology.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven digital marketing professional to make a significant impact on our business. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and the Senior Marketing Executive to drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage campaigns across PPC, email, digital, social media advertising, and webinars to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plans and assist in executing campaigns that align with these strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and optimisation of web pages, landing pages, and data capture forms to improve the user experience and drive conversions.
  • Test and optimise customer journeys, reporting on deliverables, adjusting strategies, managing costs, and maximising ROI.
  • Utilise data and analytics to guide content, campaigns, and creative outputs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and Content Management Systems.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
