We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist / Search Engine Optimisation Lead to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of client websites, conducting keyword research, optimising website content, performing technical audits, and implementing SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Optimise website content, meta tags, and landing pages for search engines
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including link building and outreach
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other digital marketing specialists to align SEO efforts with overall marketing goals
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Strong understanding of keyword research and optimisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Certification in Google Analytics and/or Google AdWords is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
