About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Paulton Memorial Hospital. As a Band 6/7 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in our outpatient department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal conditions, developing and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including GP surgeries in the Paulton area and Batheaston Surgery in Bath.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure best practice in physiotherapy care.
  • Participate in in-service training sessions, team brief meetings, and staff meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in MSK clinical settings, with a strong understanding of clinical outcome measures and relevant speciality knowledge.
  • Ability to work flexibly across specialities as needed, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
