About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Paulton Memorial Hospital. As a Band 6/7 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in our outpatient department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients, developing treatment plans to improve their physical function and mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Conduct manual therapy, facilitation techniques, gait re-education, and posture correction as part of a clinically reasoned and evidence-based package of rehabilitation.
  • Develop and maintain competency in specialist treatment skills across a range of techniques and approaches.
  • Make recommendations to GPs to refer patients for further specialist intervention if necessary.

Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Evidence of experience and CPD in relevant MSK clinical settings.
  • Ability to work flexibly across specialities as need arises.
  • Ability to carry out a range of assessments and procedures to make a clinical diagnosis.
