Sales and Marketing Executive | Healthcare Sector

Overview:
Are you an accomplished sales leader with a passion for the healthcare industry? Our client, a prestigious private healthcare facility in Glasgow, is in search of a dedicated Sales and Marketing Executive to enhance their team.
Your primary focus will be to drive growth in patient engagement and revenue across both medical and aesthetic divisions.
As a vital member of the hospital's management team, you will lead a dynamic sales team and collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to shape and implement a successful marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with essential stakeholders, including General Practitioners and Consultants, to boost referrals and promote the hospital's offerings.
- Lead and mentor a sales team focused on cosmetic services.
- Establish effective communication channels with key stakeholders and GPs.
- Coordinate internal and external events, including CPD sessions, conferences, and briefings for referring professionals.
- Organize patient engagement events to raise awareness of the hospital's services and stimulate demand.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies alongside the management team and external partners.
- Leverage the CRM system to enhance customer engagement and provide insightful analysis to drive initiatives.
- Regularly review pricing structures to ensure competitiveness in outpatient and inpatient services.
- Ensure that both team and hospital-wide performance metrics are met.
- Provide monthly reports on sales and marketing strategies to senior management.
- Collaborate with external agencies on website enhancements and search engine optimization.
- Oversee the operational excellence framework within the department, engaging staff in continuous improvement and monitoring key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading a sales-oriented team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in a marketing and business development context, preferably within healthcare.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to personal development and a thorough understanding of healthcare policies and trends in the UK.
- Capability to analyze and interpret data, including activity trends and financial metrics.
- A strong emphasis on customer service and engagement.
- Commitment to quality and the ability to lead by example, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
