Role Overview
As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the delivery of various club construction initiatives across the city. Reporting directly to the Property Director, you will be responsible for multiple high-profile projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget while upholding our design ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders to guarantee that new clubs are developed in alignment with operational requirements.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with our external partners, including Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Designers, and Engineers, to ensure the successful delivery of both new construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Contribute to design discussions and collaborate with external designers and architects on proposals for refurbishment and extension projects, ensuring seamless coordination throughout.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of project timelines, ensuring minimal disruption to operations during the construction phase.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external teams to track project progress, manage requests for information, and ensure compliance with project timelines.
  • Focus on energy management during the design and implementation phases of new club builds and refurbishments, integrating innovative solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure a comprehensive handover process with all stakeholders upon project completion, facilitating smooth transitions for new clubs and refurbishment projects.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a proven track record in managing a diverse range of capital projects, ideally within a luxury or premium setting. You should possess strong skills in design input, scope preparation, tendering, and cost analysis, along with a solid understanding of contract administration and planning processes. Experience in liaising with local authorities and statutory bodies is essential. The ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously while demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills is crucial.
