Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults aged 18 and above with varying levels of mobility and care needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and access to the community.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting the values of Community Integrated Care.
