About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our Children's Social Care teams in Cheshire West and Chester. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan interventions to support children and families in need
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to complex social care issues
  • Provide excellent management support and supervision to ensure the well-being of children and families

Our Way of Working

This approach focuses on Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Practice, and we will support you in developing your knowledge and skills to work creatively in planning and decision-making with children and their families.

We are recruiting to the following teams: Child in Need Teams, Child Protection/Court Teams, and Permanence Teams. You will need experience in assessment and planning in child in need and/or child protection and/or working with children who are subject to Care Proceedings.
