We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Private Dining Room Service Associate to join our team at Searcys. As a Private Dining Room Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our private dining rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of private dining rooms
  • Take orders and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaise with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Deal effectively with customer requests and complaints
  • Ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, and the COSHH regulations
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for food and beverage
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
