About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Private Dining Assistant to join our team at Searcys. As a Private Dining Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage services during evening events, private dining room dinners, standing receptions, and Christmas parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services.
  • Assist with the setup of tables and equipment, take orders, and process payments.
  • Liaise with key personnel in various areas of the business to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Deal effectively with customer requests and refer them to the line manager if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and government guidelines, including food safety and health and safety regulations.
