Job Title: PDR Private Dining Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PDR Private Dining Assistant to join our team at Searcys. As a PDR Private Dining Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of private dining events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to private dining guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with the setup and preparation of private dining events, including table settings and equipment.
  • Take orders and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and allergens to ensure accurate and safe food service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines and food safety regulations.
