Job Type: Full Time/ Part Time

Hourly Rate: up to £15.00ph

We are seeking highly personable individuals to join our Private Dining (PDR) waiting team to provide exceptional service during evening events, private dining room dinners, standing receptions, and Christmas parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while performing various duties related to the job
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of all food and beverage services
  • Participate in the setup of all tables and required equipment
  • Take orders and process payments
  • Adhere to company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
  • Resolve customer service-related issues effectively
  • Liaise with key personnel in various areas (kitchen, floor, reception, etc.) to ensure consistent food and service provision
  • Handle customer requests professionally and refer them to the line manager if necessary
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and Government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc., within areas of responsibility
  • Comply with all legal requirements, particularly fire regulations, security, license requirements, and Local Authority or Client stipulations
