Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Private Dining Assistant to join our team. As a Private Dining Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food and beverage services, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our guests.
  • Assist with the delivery of food and beverage services, including taking orders and processing payments.
  • Participate in the setup of tables and required equipment, ensuring a polished and professional atmosphere.
  • Liaise with key personnel in various areas of the business to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Deal effectively with customer requests, referring them to management as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and Government guidelines, including food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional service standards.
