About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Private Dining Assistant to join our team at Searcys. As a Private Dining Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage services during evening events, private dining room dinners, standing receptions, and Christmas parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the delivery of all food and beverage services
  • Participate in the setup of all tables and required equipment
  • Take orders and process payments
  • Abide by company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
  • Solve customer service-related problems and liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business
  • Deal effectively and courteously with customer requests and refer them to the line manager if necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and Government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, and the COSHH regulations
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on and proactive approach
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Excellent time management and strong organisational skills
