Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote sessions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including software and hardware problems
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of software development, networking, and operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Java-based development or support
  • Knowledge of enterprise/microservices architectures
  • Experience with cloud/web-based content and modern web applications
  • Experience with a combination of technologies, including Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Git, Maven, Docker, MongoDB, Selenium/Cucumber
