Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Assist with various tasks to support the team, including valet parking services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Develop a positive and proactive approach to assisting residents and guests, with a focus on delivering 5-star customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in high-end, luxury, or five-star developments.

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to take advice from others and continuously strive for improvement.
  • Commitment to delivering 5-star customer service, including learning and addressing residents by name.
  • Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring resident satisfaction.
