How You Will Achieve Success:

  • Leadership: Direct a team of project managers, engineers, and construction supervisors to execute large-scale programs on schedule, within budget, and to high professional standards.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring project alignment.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the complete lifecycle of project execution, including design, engineering, installation, and commissioning.

  • Team Development: Create and maintain development plans for team members, facilitating their growth.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in the construction sector, with a solid foundation in BMS, control systems, and mechanical & electrical engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Experience managing substantial projects typically valued between £3-£5M.
  • Strong financial insight and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Proven experience in managing health and safety within a construction context.
  • Valid certifications such as CSCS/ECS and SMSTS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure settings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the BMS sector.
  • Additional certifications such as First Aid and IOSH Safety, Health, and Environment for Construction Site Managers.
