Job Description

As a Project Manager at Langland, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and account management, to deliver successful campaigns that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including assigning tasks and tracking progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an advertising agency environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
