Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef while mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Operate within a multi-AA Rosette kitchen utilizing fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
  • Prepare and present dishes for the fine dining service
  • Potential for advancement within the culinary team

Ideal Candidate

  • Capable of working independently and guiding junior team members
  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant with AA Rosette recognition or higher
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Consistent career trajectory without significant gaps in employment
