Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage service at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool.
Located in the heart of Liverpool city centre, our hotel offers a unique blend of history and modern amenities. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance food and beverage sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
- Manage staff rotas and schedules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient food service.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
