Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a General Manager or equivalent role, with a strong background in restaurant operations and management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Health and Safety Level 2, First Aid, Fire Marshall/Warden, and Personal Licence qualifications.
