Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at COSMO Restaurant Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results in sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including menu management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee development, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and drive innovation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of restaurant professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, employment law, and data protection.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a General Manager or equivalent role, with a strong background in restaurant operations and management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Health and Safety Level 2, First Aid, Fire Marshall/Warden, and Personal Licence qualifications are essential.
