Restaurant General Manager Job Description
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at COSMO Restaurant Group. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Achieve exceptional performance in all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food, excellent customer service, and efficient service delivery.
* Develop and implement effective succession planning, identifying and developing talent within the team.
* Make critical decisions that impact the success of the business, driving revenue growth and profitability.
* Manage food costs, labor costs, and wastage, ensuring they are within company parameters.
* Rota team members to maximize customer service and efficiency.
* Adhere to company rules, procedures, standards, and licensing laws at all times.
* Recruit and develop a winning team, focusing on talent management and development.
* Maintain a motivated team, creating a great learning atmosphere and work environment.
* Cascade knowledge, drive training, and provide feedback to identify improvements and areas for development.
* Exceed service expectations, inspiring the team to deliver fantastic customer service.
* Promote brand values through effective marketing strategies.

* Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume food environment.

**Qualifications/Certifications**
* Health and Safety Level 2.
* First Aid.
* Fire Marshall/Warden.
