Founded by sisters, Molly and Harriet in 2013, our company has a passion for finding fabulous fabrics for bedrooms, offering a wide and colourful range of bedding, curtains, accessories, nightwear, and towels. Our products are comfy, stylish, designed to last, and all ethically made by our factory friends in Europe.

**Our Team**

Our team of talented professionals are based out of our headquarters, where you'll find our Commercial Team, responsible for planning and managing our department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales, margin, and stock. This role works closely with other teams, influencing and shaping business decisions with our Channel Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Assistant Merchandiser to play a fundamental role in planning and managing our Commercial Team's department KPIs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic product development, financial target proposals, and implementation of product ranges.
  • Detailed analysis and seasonal sign-offs to directors and other stakeholders across the business.
  • Creating new sales-driving strategies and processes.
  • Assessing and approving monthly sales and stock forecasts, challenging the team to reduce risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Developing seasonal and promotional pricing strategies to meet sales and margin expectations.
  • Working cross-functionally with all departments across the business to successfully land ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Applying a social and environmental lens to everything and supporting our goal to be the most responsibly sourced, B-Corp certified, bed linen brand.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of merchandising experience in fashion or home retail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in merchandising tools and software, e.g., Excel, inventory management systems, e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 and a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week based in Chichester. We value diversity and believe that our success is the sum of many parts, including our brilliant team members.
