About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at CRH. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the European market, with a focus on expanding our presence in Denmark, Poland, and Romania.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Channel Partner Management: Manage and develop relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and expand our reach in the market.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-graduation work experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving sales growth in international markets.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the water industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and CRM systems.
