Job Overview

Bytes Software Services is seeking a highly skilled DaaS Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize your own workload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Meet and exceed target Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for first response, resolution, and update cadence.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Process and manage various requests, including DoA, Warranty, and general service queries.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with service desk toolsets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Organized and accurate, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn, with a tenacious approach to problem-solving.
