- Provide education and training to our staff, promoting best practice and ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of our quality strategy and ensuring that our services are safe, effective, and patient-centered.
- First-level registration as a Nurse (Adult) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Relevant teaching qualification or mentorship.
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Band 5 or 6 Nurse, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically, with a strong focus on patient safety and well-being.
