About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Nurse to join our team in south Manchester. As a Community Specialist Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating nursing teams to provide complex nursing care to adults in their own homes and in various community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Community Specialist Practitioner qualification
  • Experience of working in community nursing
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
