About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical maintenance professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical maintenance professionals to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of electrical systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other operational systems
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities and system performance to senior management
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
