Electrical Maintenance Team Leader

Job Overview:

The Electrical Maintenance Team Leader will play a dual role, combining hands-on maintenance with leadership responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians to ensure effective maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address electrical system issues and implement solutions.
