Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical maintenance technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of electrical systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other operational systems
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
