Electrical Maintenance Team Leader

Join our team at ATA Recruitment as an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader, responsible for leading a team of electrical maintenance technicians. This is a 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical maintenance with other operational activities.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation:

$00 per hour.

Shifts:

4 on, 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights rotation.
