We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Plastics Department as a Team Leader/Medical Secretary. This is a fixed-term opportunity that requires a high standard of organizational and leadership skills to provide an efficient administrative service to the Consultant Surgeon team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Consultant Surgeon team
- Coordinate and manage the department's administrative tasks
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements
- Highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure
- Adaptable, reliable, and a proven team member with good secretarial qualifications and/or experience
- Empathy and patience when communicating with patients and staff
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of the department.
