Role Overview
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will be situated in a children's residential facility, engaging with young people who exhibit challenging behaviors. This role requires flexibility, resilience, honesty, and exceptional organizational skills. Your commitment to delivering high-quality childcare will be essential in helping these young individuals achieve their fullest potential.
This is a permanent position with promising career advancement opportunities and a thorough training program within a growing organization. The work schedule consists of 19 hours per week, following a pattern of one day on and five days off, including one sleep-in shift. Additionally, you will benefit from generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus scheme.

Essential Qualifications
- Possession of QCF level 3 in Children and Young People, or a willingness to pursue this qualification, which will be fully funded.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and maintain organized records.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude as a team player.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Capability to complete daily documentation in compliance with statutory and policy requirements.
- Empathetic disposition.
- Effective oral and written communication skills across various contexts.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young people.
- A full manual driving license is essential.
