Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Broker to join our dynamic team, focusing on the CPP West Africa market. This position can be based in our offices in London, Geneva, or Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and secure spot cargoes across various shipping routes.
  • Allocate contract cargoes to designated vessels to optimize financial performance in line with current market conditions.
  • Maintain awareness of the strategic objectives for each assigned vessel.

Specific Duties:

  • Coordinate the distribution of spot and contract cargo to the assigned vessel for specific services.
  • Engage in deal structuring and negotiations, including presenting business opportunities to potential clients, negotiating key contract terms, and ensuring successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with chartering and operations teams to enhance space utilization, reduce port calls, and maximize voyage profitability.
  • Conduct market analysis and deliver insightful trade ideas to clients.
  • Participate in client social events and travel as necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support business objectives.
