Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our team at DCS Technology. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, providing top-notch technical support to our employees, and driving efficiency through innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Deliver expert assistance to end-users, addressing a wide range of IT issues with speed and precision, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, utilizing your technical expertise to identify and fix issues efficiently.
  • System Setup & Configuration: Handle the setup and configuration of computer systems, optimizing them for peak performance and ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Process Design & Implementation: Craft and implement efficient processes, incorporating mathematical models and automation tools to enhance user experience and system reliability.
  • Automation: Introduce and maintain system automations to streamline operations, reduce manual interventions, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Development Projects: Participate in various development initiatives, contributing to the timely delivery of business-critical projects, reviewing and testing all development work completed, and providing personal input and ideas to achieve reliable results.

  • Proven experience in system engineering and technical operations
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
