Business Development Opportunity for Europe

i-Pharm Consulting is partnering with a leading Pharma CDMO group to find a seasoned professional to drive business development for their small molecule drug development services in Europe.

This role will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in the region, working closely with existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the drug development space.

The successful candidate will spend the first few months familiarizing themselves with the company's service lines and SMEs, before focusing on new business acquisition across Biotech and Pharma accounts. Travel will be required for conference attendance and client meetings, with approximately 50% of the time spent on the road.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the drug development space
  • Proven experience of selling small molecule development services
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely from the UK, Benelux, or German regions
  • Right to work in the EU or UK
