Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Social Media Executive to join our dynamic web team at Reed. As a Sales and Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the senior sales manager with various tasks, handling customer communications, processing orders, and updating the website with fresh content.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Order Processing: Process phone and online orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Content Creation: Update the website with fresh content, including new product listings, updated prices, and images.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and implement a social media strategy, manage campaigns, and maintain social media accounts.
- Product Returns: Assist with the management of product returns to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient processing.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent computer literacy, proficient in English writing for customer communication and social media content.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and basic arithmetic skills.
- Social Media Experience: Understanding and experience with all social media platforms.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience and an interest in electronics/tech are beneficial.
