About the Role:

The Company is a well-established UK manufacturer in the electrical sector, seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing internal administration and supporting the internal and external sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all internal administration, including quotes and sales.
  • Provide first point of contact via telephone and email for internal and external sales teams.
  • Work closely with other departments within the business to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Electrical experience or knowledge of cables is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
