Sales & Social Media Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Social Media Executive to join our dynamic web team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the senior sales manager with various tasks, handling customer calls and email communications, and processing phone and online orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the senior sales manager with various tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication.
  • Handle customer calls and email communications with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Process phone and online orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer orders and create quotes as needed.
  • Update the website with fresh content, including new product listings, updated prices, and images.
  • Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and implement a social media strategy, manage campaigns, and maintain social media accounts.
  • Assist with the management of product returns to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient processing.
Requirements:
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in English writing for customer communication and social media content.
  • Good telephone manner with a clear speaking voice and strong business acumen.
  • Understanding and experience with all social media platforms and previous sales experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible company culture and take responsibility for managing and developing sales channels.
